The growing family on the go. This mid-size luxury SUV projects a deceptively modest image. On the outside, the 2020 Buick Enclave doesn’t look showy or bulky, but on the inside, up to seven passengers can enjoy luxurious comfort and style with warm wood tones, brushed chrome accents, the latest comfort and safety technology, and leather-appointed first and second-row seating. Additionally, the second and third rows of seating can fold down into multiple configurations to offer up to 97.6 cubic feet of cargo capacity.
Drive & Handling
Make no mistake about it, even though this is a family-oriented luxury SUV, the 2020 Buick Enclave can still put in the work under the hood. Powered by a 3.6-liter SIDI VVT V6 engine, the Enclave routes a hefty 310 hp and 266 lb-ft of torque through a nine-speed automatic transmission, which is enough power to tow up to 5,000 lbs when properly equipped. The Enclave is available in either with the traditional rear-wheel drive or an ultra-modern intelligent all-wheel drive with an active twin-clutch, which automatically activates when you need it, giving you better control of your Enclave in tough conditions.
All trim levels come standard with both of Buick’s StabiliTrak Electronic Stability Control and Traction Control Systems. In addition, the Enclave features intelligent stop/start technology, which can automatically shut down the engine when the vehicle comes to a stop and quickly restart it as soon as the brake pedal is released, thus saving gas and reducing your carbon footprint.

The 2020 Enclave hosts an arsenal of radar-guided safety features to protect the most precious cargo inside. Drivers can see more of their surroundings thanks to both the rear camera mirror and 360-degree surround vision. Multiple alerts are available to warn of an impending collision, including rear cross traffic alert and forward collision alert, with the help of sensitive radars always on the lookout in every direction even while moving. At low speeds, the Enclave can even put on the brakes before the driver has a chance to notice oncoming dangers like vehicles or pedestrians in the way. As always, Enclave owners can enjoy the assistance of OnStar®, available with various levels of live personal service like Automatic Crash Response, Emergency Services, and Roadside Assistance.
myBuick® App
Thanks to Buick’s downloadable myBuick® app, you can access vehicle guides, find your parked Enclave, and even receive personal assistance from a live concierge agent. In addition, myBuick® gives you important notifications about your Enclave, including recall announcements, service appointments, and vehicle status messages, all accessible through your paired smartphone.
Cutting-Edge Technology
Quantity has a quality all its own, and accessing endless music and podcasts is easy with the 2020 Enclave. You can easily enjoy content on your smartphone or tablet using the standard Bluetooth® or USB connection, or you can sync your device to stream more than 30 million songs available on Pandora®, Spotify, Apple Music, or any other streaming service. Buick has also upgraded the standard Wi-Fi hotspot in the Enclave to a more powerful 4G LTE hotspot from OnStar®. Now, you and your passengers can simultaneously connect up to seven different devices. Those in the front can enjoy reading the latest news online, while those in the back may be interested in streaming music, movies, or games, all at the same time. Newly standard on the 2020 Enclave is the 8-inch diagonal touchscreen that can support navigation and satellite radio. Road trip level: Expert.
